This is a remote role based out of Guatemala or Panama. Candidates must be located in one of those regions to be hired.
What You’ll Do
Account Management & Partner Support
Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for assigned existing retail partners.
Conduct outbound and inbound phone outreach using approved scripts and messaging.
Maintain regular follow-ups to support partner engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
Reinforce training and product education to ensure consistent utilization.
Escalate partner concerns, risks, or growth opportunities to senior team members.
Sales Execution & Support
Support account performance by reinforcing best practices and promotional initiatives.
Track and complete activity-based goals (calls, follow-ups, engagement).
Identify upsell or expansion signals and route them to senior sales partners.
Assist in executing territory-level initiatives led by senior team members.
Data Management & Reporting
Maintain accurate CRM records (e.g., HubSpot), including call notes and account updates.
Monitor basic account-level performance metrics and flag trends or concerns.
Support preparation of reports and summaries for internal stakeholders.
Collaboration & Compliance
Coordinate with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations.
Adhere to internal compliance protocols and approved messaging guidelines.
Consistently follow established processes, scripts, and escalation paths.
What You’ll Bring
1-3 years of experience in inside sales, customer success, account support, or call center roles.
Comfort with phone-based outreach and working from scripts.
Strong verbal communication skills and a professional phone presence.
Ability to manage multiple accounts in a structured, process-driven environment.
Experience with CRM tools or a strong willingness to learn.
A growth mindset and openness to feedback and coaching.
Compensation and Benefits:
$22,000- 25,000 Base Salary with an additional performance-based bonus opportunity of up to 15% of base salary.
