Términos de servicio

1. When you opt-in to the service, we will send you an SMS message with the content you requested. Message content can include, but is not limited to: 2-factor authentication via one-time passwords, past due notices, payment reminders, and updates on your application progress.
2. You can cancel any SMS campaign at any time. Just text the SMS message “STOP” to us and we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed from that campaign. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
3. If at any time you forget what keywords are supported, just text “HELP” to us. After you send the SMS message “HELP” to us, we will respond with instructions on how to use our service as well as how to unsubscribe. You can also get help by emailing [email protected] or calling 1-855-420-0747. Please note our short code texts are one-way only. Replies to short code messages are not monitored. Messages from our sales team via long code are two-way and replies are monitored.
4. Keywords and intended uses:
   
   • Short Code:
     
     • APPLY: Responds with a weblink to the Kafene Lease Application
     • HELP: Responds with instructions on how to use our service and how to unsubscribe
     • START: Subscribes you to messages for that campaign
     • STOP: Stops all messages for that campaign
   • Long Code:
     
     • HELP: Connects you with a Kafene representative for assistance
     • STOP: Unsubscribes you from long code communication
5. We are able to deliver messages to the following mobile phone carriers:
   
   • Major carriers: AT&T, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, T-Mobile, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, Alltel, Boost Mobile, Nextel, and Virgin Mobile.

6. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. You will only receive messages that you request from us.
